2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to answer a business enquiry or a request for quotation.

• company name and country
• name of the contact person
• email address and, if you give it, phone number
• product family, approximate quantity and project timing
• your message and the page the form was sent from

3. Why we use the data

• to answer your enquiry and prepare a technical and commercial offer
• to clarify technical requirements, quantities and delivery
• to keep an internal record of the requests received through the website

4. Legal basis and retention

We process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing the business requests received through the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request, prepare the offer, follow up within a reasonable time and meet our legal obligations. Without an ongoing business relationship, the data is reviewed and deleted periodically under our internal retention rules.

5. Third parties and services

• EmailJS — delivers the request-for-quotation form to our inbox.
• Google Maps Embed — shows the map on the contact page.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards offered by the provider (such as the EU standard contractual clauses).

The website and its forms are intended for businesses and are not directed at minors.
